What is the difference between one-time and subscription?
One-time ($149 or Business Setup $1,500) gives you attendance and web platform only. You own the code and deploy it yourself. Subscription ($10/seat/month) includes full features: CRM, accounting, bulk SMS, project management, billing, plus access on web, desktop, Android, and iOS. No code ownership—you use our hosted platform.
How many seats do I need for subscription?
You pay per active user/seat. Each agent or manager using the platform counts as one seat. Start with your current team size and scale up or down as needed.
Can I switch from one-time to subscription later?
Yes. If you start with the Developer License or Business Setup, you can add a subscription for full features. Contact us to discuss migration.
What platforms does the subscription include?
Web (browser), desktop app (Windows/Mac), Android app, and iOS app. All included in the $10/seat/month subscription.
Do you provide hosting for one-time purchases?
Business Setup includes hosting and deployment. Developer License is self-hosted—you run it on your own server. We provide documentation and support.
How long does Business Setup take?
Typically 3–5 business days after we receive your configuration. Includes installation, branding, domain setup, and admin training.
