- What is the difference between one-time and subscription?
- One-time ($149 or Business Setup $1,500) gives you attendance and web platform only. You own the code and deploy it yourself. Subscription ($10/seat/month) includes full features: CRM, accounting, bulk SMS, project management, billing, plus access on web, desktop, Android, and iOS. No code ownership—you use our hosted platform.
- How many seats do I need for subscription?
- You pay per active user/seat. Each agent or manager using the platform counts as one seat. Start with your current team size and scale up or down as needed.
- Can I switch from one-time to subscription later?
- Yes. If you start with the Developer License or Business Setup, you can add a subscription for full features. Contact us to discuss migration.
- What platforms does the subscription include?
- Web (browser), desktop app (Windows/Mac), Android app, and iOS app. All included in the $10/seat/month subscription.
- Do you provide hosting for one-time purchases?
- Business Setup includes hosting and deployment. Developer License is self-hosted—you run it on your own server. We provide documentation and support.
- How long does Business Setup take?
- Typically 3–5 business days after we receive your configuration. Includes installation, branding, domain setup, and admin training.
